The 21-Day Maturation Process
Day 1: Butchery
Fresh meat is processed on scheduled butchery days
Days 2-21: Hanging
Beef hangs in controlled conditions to mature and tenderize
Day 21+: Ready
Perfectly matured beef ready for cutting and delivery
