3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Old Park Organics. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3.2. A contract between you and Old Park Organics will only be formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3.3. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our website.

3.4. All orders are subject to availability. If products become unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a full refund.

4.1. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.3. Delivery charges are additional to product prices and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4.4. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure payment system.

4.5. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

5.1. We deliver to addresses within our delivery area as specified on our website.

5.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the specified timeframe.

5.3. Someone must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we may leave products in a safe location at our discretion or arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

5.4. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

5.5. We use insulated packaging to maintain product quality during transport, but products should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

6.1. Products may be collected from our farm during specified collection times.

6.2. Collection times are Thursday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

6.3. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting products.

6.4. Products not collected within 48 hours of the agreed collection time may be disposed of without refund.

7.1. All our products are organic and produced to the highest standards on our family farm.

7.2. Products are sold with use-by dates and should be consumed or frozen before this date.

7.3. It is your responsibility to store products correctly upon receipt.

7.4. We maintain full traceability of all our products from farm to fork.

7.5. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering.

8.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless products are faulty or not as described.

8.2. If you receive faulty or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8.3. We will investigate all complaints promptly and provide appropriate remedies, which may include replacement products or refunds.

8.4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

8.5. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery.

9.1. Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.

9.2. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our website contact form.

9.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may incur charges if products have already been prepared.

9.4. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or product unavailability.

10.1. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the products purchased.

10.2. We exclude all liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

10.3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.4. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
